Evan co-founded Coinberry in 2017; Canada’s first registered digital asset brokerage which he sold in July 2022 to WonderFi Technologies for $40m CAD having completed over $1bn CAD in transacted volume, acquired 225,000 users with over $100m CAD of AUM. He continues to support Wonderfi as a board observer. He has also been an early investor in multiple crypto projects and protocols with successful exits.
Previously he acquired a stake in Green Pharma in 2017 and led their restructuring to create Bloomera, a successful pharmaceutical business that built licensed premises for the Canadian Government and Health Canada, with a successful exit to RavenQuest for $28m CAD in 2018.
Evan also serves as a director for Kvhn Inc. a Canadian based real estate company.
Originally from Canada, Evan now lives in the Cayman Islands.
